Asa Rich - Artist

Asa Rich is a sculptor based in the Frome area of Somerset. He works with stone and is mainly concerned with the creative process itself.

The forms he creates are organic and move between abstraction and figurative.

​

The artist seeks the metaphors and stories hidden within the stone and explores and draws upon the narratives created through the evolving relationship with the material.

​

In this way each form is in itself complete with it's own subject and depth, yet relates to a wider body of work.

​

As well as creating his own unique works, Asa is a qualified wellbeing practitioner and runs workshops and individual classes using creativity to promote wellbeing.
